Candidate should have :

• A strong academic background with bachelor'sdegree in civil engineering plus master's degree in Tunnel Engineering, P.hD., or equivalent.
• Ability to lead project teams.
• Deliver projects.
• With 22+ years of relevant design experience in a consulting environment.
• Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) within a relevant professional association.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with international clients.
• Excellent report writing skills with the ability to self-check and produce accurate work.
• Conversant with tunnelling analysis software like Rocscience suite, Plaxis, FLAC, Phase2 etc.
• A willingness to travel on short term / long term assignments to UK and overseas.
