Job descriptionDesigning and implementing Microservices. Partnering effectively with product owners and key internal stakeholders to ascertain product requirements. Proficient in designing and developing microservices architecture, with expertise in scalable and resilient systems. Additionally, hands-on experience in optimizing microservices for performance, scalability, and security would be considered a significant asset, further enhancing the candidate's suitability for the role. Education Requirements : bachelor's degree in software engineering / computer science or related discipline & 13+ years of work experience. Proficient in building robust back-end applications using Spring Boot. Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Hands-on expertise with Kafka Confluent for event streaming and message brokering. In-depth knowledge of microservice architecture, including designing, developing, and deploying scalable services. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and their associated services. Basic understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and related security standards.

- Vocera Now a part of Stryker is looking for a talented, hands-on Principal Engineer (Backend Developer with Spring Boot) to join our growing organisation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing common org services, which will be the building block of next-generation Patient care software solutions. This position will report to the Manager of R&D.
