Job descriptionLead and manage a team of Front Line Sales Managers and Commission-based Agents. Drive the branch to meet or exceed insurance sales targets. Monitor and support the licensing process for agents, ensuring they pass the IRDA exam. Develop strategies to increase sales productivity and market penetration. Provide training, mentoring, and support to sales staff to enhance their performance. Track sales metrics and report on branch performance regularly. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
