Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Photographer & Videographer – Content Creation based at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality photography and videography content, covering various events, and capturing the essence of the hotel’s offerings. Responsibilities include pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production editing to ensure visually captivating content for promotions, marketing campaigns, and events. Creativity and technical expertise in photography and videography are vital to maintain and enhance the hotel's brand identity, both offline and online.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Photography and Videography techniques, including composition, lighting, and post-processing.
• Experience with Content Creation, Storyboarding, and Creative Editing for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Ability to work with photo and video editing software such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and familiarity with effective visual content marketing strategies.
• Attention to detail and ability to translate the brand's identity into compelling visual content.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in photography, videography, or multimedia.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or shooting premium lifestyle content is an advantage.
