Lead Design Engineer Instrumentation & Controls

Job Summary

• You will be responsible for control system scope of rotating equipment project together with other project members and content provider, mainly System Engineering.
• Order related representation of the Instrumentation & Control Engineering. Preparing datasheets,P&ID s, Single line Diagrams, and wiring Diagrams. This role is responsible for maintaining the data model together with other project members and content provider, mainly System Engineering in COMOS PT.
• Design and specify Unit Control Systems, Instrumentation, and Low Voltage Wiring systems which compliment Rotating Machinery used in Industrial Applications - namely compression, power generation and Oil-Gas. Design drawings including P&I diagrams, instrument lists, controllogics and description, control panel layout, I / O termination, control panel power distribution, instrumentation installation, motor control schematics, hardwired control circuits.
• Incorporates Siemens Energy design standards and guidelines and adapts the assigned scope to meet project-specific requirements, due to Customer Specifications and follows international standard requirements.
• Monitors and manages the engineering schedule and hours-budget for the assigned scope, including timely release of work.
• Support detail engineering in agreement with internal and external Customers.
• Conducts timely design reviews on the assigned scope and supplies to project design reviews.
• Innovate, creatively apply lessons learned, and implement efficient solutions for COMOS PT development, requirements management, that prevent non-conformances during project execution.
