Senior Retail Business Analyst

What happens when you have fascinating clients with challenging problems on the one hand and passionate software developers looking to build future-focused solutions on the other This in-between is where Business Analysts reside, acting as a bridge between the client and team. You will establish the outcomes software must achieve, assess how it will be used, and then generate bold ideas with our developers to create custom applications. You will work with clients across a variety of sectors and ensure the business-critical software solutions we develop deliver real business value every time.

Job responsibilities

• Work with Retailers on their most challenging problems and be a part of a growing Retail practice
• Build bespoke software using the latest technologies and tools
• Facilitate and lead workshops that generate ideas and content for solutions
• Bridge between key groups involved in the product development lifecycle in 'making things happen' in support of the product / business vision
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and non-hierarchical environment where talent is valued over job title or years of experience
• Be accountable for product / project releases on time through close collaboration with agile product development teams and the extended client organization
• Work collaboratively with clients and travel if required during project inception and delivery. You'll be flexible about project location, and willing to travel as part of your role.
