Steward – North Goa (Arambol)

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage rooms.
• Wash, clean, and store all cutlery, crockery, glassware, and kitchen utensils properly.
• Assist in receiving, handling, and storage of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Support kitchen and service teams during meal periods and events.
• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal following hotel standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as per hotel policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
