Business Solutions Group (BSG) in the Bank plays a very vital role in designing, developing and implementing solutions which are robust, stable, efficient and scalable. This pivotal Unit within the Bank is instrumental for designing and implementing process and system solutions which are customer friendly, operationally efficient, risk conscious, cost effective and regulatory compliant in nature.
About the Role
Team Leads reporting to BSG Sub-vertical Group Head is responsible for managing a highly & talented team members for achieving the overall objectives set for the BSG unit. He would play a multiple role as in PM / BA and manage the Business / Project stakeholders' aspirations & stringent deadlines on all business needs & asks.
Is also responsible for reviewing the activity with the team members at periodic intervals and would also align & interact with Business / IT for resolution of issues / Escalations / Projects / Automation.
- Project Manager cum Business Analyst with 10 to 12+ years under Banking domain only. (Preference would be given to Candidates with Wholesale & Commercial Banking experience)
- Strong and operational knowledge on the entire Loan life cycle under Advances Module & products like Loans, CC / OD.
- Techno-functional with experience in testing methodologies and banking domain is a must. (Digitalization knowledge would be an added advantage)
- Preparation of Test plans, test cases & scenarios and executing the same in UAT for testing & sign-off.
- Should be able to write detailed process documents / system manuals as and when a new feature / change is implemented in the system
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- As a business analyst, will be the functional expert on the specified application(s).
Key Responsibilities
To prepare Business Requirement Documents / Solutions / user story for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutionsTo review Functionality Specifications documents vis vis Business requirementsTo Prepare detailed Test Plans, Test Case preparation and execution and Bug fixing.To ensure UAT being done and defects are tested in timely manner by the Testing Team. Reporting and monitoring defects in reporting tools e.g. JIRATo design process flow changes, in partnership with Operations and other UnitsTo take ownership of resolution of all functional issues / bugs in the systemsTo address impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities and ensure complianceTo have regular strategic interactions with Technology partners / vendors with respect to system functionalities, product roadmap, technology trends etc.Regular update to Team Leaders & Senior Management on Projects & UAT status.Qualifications
Graduate / Post graduate with strong banking domain knowledgeAdequate knowledge on the Wholesale & Commercial Banking varied functions and processesAround 5-10 years' experience in Banking industry.Role Proficiencies :
