As we expand deeper into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, we are looking for dynamic professionals who can build strong partnerships with local tailors and drive growth in untapped markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with local tailors in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
  • Pitch and position John Pride’s range of clothing (excluding shirts & trousers) in their stores.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring win-win partnerships.
  • Train and guide tailors / retailers on how to promote John Pride products effectively.
  • Track sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and passion during market visits.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the market to management for strategy improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Education : MBA in Marketing / Business Development (preferred).
  • Experience : 1–3 years in sales, business development, or channel partnerships (FMCG, textiles, or apparel background is a plus).
  • Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Mindset : Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented.
  • Flexibility : Must be willing to travel extensively across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
