Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with local tailors in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
- Pitch and position John Pride’s range of clothing (excluding shirts & trousers) in their stores.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring win-win partnerships.
- Train and guide tailors / retailers on how to promote John Pride products effectively.
- Track sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and passion during market visits.
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to management for strategy improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
Education : MBA in Marketing / Business Development (preferred).Experience : 1–3 years in sales, business development, or channel partnerships (FMCG, textiles, or apparel background is a plus).Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Mindset : Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented.Flexibility : Must be willing to travel extensively across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.What We Offer
