Job Summary

The IT Assistant ensures efficient IT operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Key duties include system maintenance, user support, data security, and assisting with upgrades. Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure regular updates, backups, and smooth system performance.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software and OS as needed.
• Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Maintain IT documentation and provide regular system performance reports.
• Monitor security measures and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with hardware setup, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide basic IT training and support to employees.
