About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Manager to oversee multiple client accounts, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure consistent delivery of recruitment solutions. The role involves regular client interaction, travel for in-person connects, and close collaboration with the internal recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Stakeholder Relationship Management :
Build and maintain cordial, active relationships with client stakeholders to drive growth, stability, and consistency across accounts.
Client-Side Engagement & Travel :
Travel to client locations and engage in in-person interactions to understand the client’s business, interests, ongoing challenges, and upcoming opportunities.
Business Promotion & Communication :
Consistently share and promote the organization’s accomplishments, expertise, and account-level performance metrics to strengthen client confidence and identify new business avenues.
Leadership Collaboration :
Keep leadership informed about major opportunities and risks, and guide them on how and when to engage to further enhance client relationships.
Recruitment Coordination :
Collaborate with the dedicated recruitment team to identify and onboard talent suited for client requirements. Provide necessary supervision, inputs, and approvals to ensure smooth closures.
