What You'll Architect & Own :

End-to-End System Leadership : Drive the technical vision, architectural design, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications.

Complex Problem Decomposition : Deconstruct intricate business challenges into elegant, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions, applying deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.

Technical Excellence & Mentorship : Champion engineering best practices through rigorous code reviews, architectural guidance, and mentorship. You will be responsible for elevating the technical acumen of the entire team.

Strategic Collaboration : Partner strategically with product, design, and business leaders to translate vision into a concrete technical roadmap, ensuring solutions are not only technically sound but also commercially impactful.

Futureproofing the Platform : Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, with a particular focus on the application of AI, to maintain our competitive edge and drive innovation.

The Profile : What You Bring

Decade of Mastery : 10-15 years of progressive, hands-on experience in full-stack engineering, with a portfolio of complex, scalable systems delivered to production.

US Market Acumen (Essential) : Proven track record of working within or for US-based companies. You inherently understand the communication standards, agile velocity, and uncompromising quality expectations of that ecosystem.

Foundational Excellence :

An unshakeable command of Computer Science fundamentals : data structures, algorithms, system design, and architectural patterns are your native language.

Expert-level ability to design and reason about distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API paradigms (REST, GraphQL).

Technical Expertise :

Mastery of a modern back-end language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java, .NET) and its corresponding frameworks for building enterprise-grade services.

Deep proficiency with a modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and the nuances of building sophisticated, performant user interfaces.

Comprehensive experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases, understanding the trade-offs for specific use cases.

Strong cloud-native background (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI / CD pipelines.

The Strategic Edge : AI & ML Exposure (Preferred)

Demonstrable experience or a strong professional interest in integrating artificial intelligence or machine learning models into applications.

Familiarity with data pipelines, MLOps concepts, or the challenges of operationalizing AI at scale is a significant advantage.
