Business Integrity Services - Lead - Project Management Office

Description :

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and PMO standards.
• Define, implement, and manage PMO processes, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
• Manage project portfolios covering EHR / EMR system implementations (e.g., Greenway Intergy, HST Pathways), infrastructure modernization, and cloud adoption (Azure).
• Collaborate with IT, business, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication strategies.
• Oversee change management and ensure project documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication by translating complex technical concepts into actionable project insights and executive updates.
• Monitor and report on key project metrics, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency within the PMO.
