Job Role :
✓ The person will be responsible for driving sales, onboarding partners, address service queries and training sales team of distributors for South & East Zone, for AIFs based out of Bangalore
✓ Liaison with zonal leadership teams of banks, wealth firms, regional & national distributors to drive sales and awareness for Kotak Alts ‘AIF offerings’ for distribution.
✓ Lead the engagement with sales teams of Banks / National Distributors and MFDs to build scale for Kotak Alts business subsequently
✓ Empanelment of MFDs & driving business through them will be one of the key roles
✓ Contact Management - Regular communication, fund updates, meetings, trainings for the sales team of distribution partners – BND & MFDs
✓ Product & pricing competition intelligence / information
Skills Required :
✓ Around 10 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years of experience in dealing with distribution in South Zone
✓ Background of financial products in sales. The knowledge of AIFs / PMS would be an added advantage
✓ Capability to build consistent, long-term relationships for Kotak Alts with zonal teams of key accounts and MFDs.
✓ Good presentation & communication skills
✓ Ability to multi-task across verticals ✓ Good understanding of financial concepts and portfolio theory
✓ Travel frequently to key locations in South & East Zone
✓ Language proficiency in Tamil and / or Telugu will be an added advantage
