Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the friendly voice and helping hand for our users. You will be responsible for addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our platform. Your role will be critical in maintaining user trust, driving satisfaction, and gathering feedback to improve the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams while ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our support system.
- Provide feedback to the product and development teams on recurring issues and user pain points.
- Educate users on product features, updates, and best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support resources.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or startup environment.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Strong problem-solving abilities and a user-first mindset.Comfortable with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and chat platforms.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Empathy, patience, and a proactive attitude toward helping others.Preferred Skills
