Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the friendly voice and helping hand for our users. You will be responsible for addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our platform. Your role will be critical in maintaining user trust, driving satisfaction, and gathering feedback to improve the product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams while ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our support system.
  • Provide feedback to the product and development teams on recurring issues and user pain points.
  • Educate users on product features, updates, and best practices.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a user-first mindset.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and chat platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a proactive attitude toward helping others.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with mobile app support.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and user engagement.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar.
