US IT Recruiter (with Canada & Indian Market Experience)
Location - Nagpur - Onsite
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter with proven experience in talent acquisition across the US, Canada, and Indian markets. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals for various contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. The role requires strong market knowledge, sourcing strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions, and extend support to Canada and India hiring needs.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, employee referrals, and ATS databases.
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of IT talent across multiple skill sets including Cloud, ERP, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Software Development.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to gather job requirements, market insights, and recruitment strategies.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit through resume review and initial interviews.
- Negotiate compensation, rate / salary, and terms of employment with candidates while ensuring compliance with market standards (W2, C2C, 1099, Permanent).
- Handle different visa types and work authorizations (US – H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC; Canada – PR, Work Permit; India – Permanent & Contract staffing).
- Build relationships with consultants, subcontracting vendors, and clients to expand candidate pool and strengthen partnerships.
- Maintain compliance with recruitment processes, ATS updates, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with internal HR / Operations for onboarding, background checks, and documentation.
- Stay updated with IT market trends in the US, Canada, and India to provide insights on hiring strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3 years of IT recruitment experience with focus on US staffing; additional exposure to Canada and Indian markets is a must.Experience into Ceipal ATS is advantage.Feel free to share your resume @ tejas.wavhal@quantumintegrators.com
