Location : Bangalore (Onsite, Immediate Joiners Only)

We are seeking a skilled Database Designer with 5 - 7 years of experience to design, optimize, and manage enterprise-grade databases for genomic, clinical, and laboratory applications. This is an onsite role in Bangalore for immediate joiners only.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design scalable and secure database schemas for clinical and genomic data.
• Implement ETL pipelines for seamless data integration.
• Optimize database performance, indexing, and partitioning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Collaborate with scientists, clinicians, and IT teams.
• Manage database governance, backups, and disaster recovery.

Key Skills Required :

Advantage : Exposure to containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) & healthcare / genomics domain
