Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate - Closing Manager located in Mumbai. The Closing Manager will oversee and manage property transactions from contract to closing, ensuring compliance with leases and lease administration. They will coordinate with stakeholders, streamline processes, and handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions to ensure smooth and timely closures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate Transactions
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications or additional training in real estate management are a plus
