Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Closing Manager (Real Estate). The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing closing processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing funding, handling sales transactions, and managing loans and mortgage lending processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Closings and Funding
• Proven Sales skills with a focus on Real Estate transactions
• Knowledge of Loans and Mortgage Lending
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
