⭐ Designation : Sr. System Reliability Engineer

🧩 The Role

As an SRE, you will :

• Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the Production Environment
• Define strategies for Application Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Respond to incidents, perform RCA, and reduce repeated issues over time
• Support code deployments across multiple lower environments with a goal of end-to-end automation
• Design, develop, and standardize Monitoring & Alerting frameworks
• Troubleshoot and connect the dots across the full tech stack to improve MTTR
• Contribute across the entire service lifecycle—design, deployment, operations & improvements
• Assess ITSM activities , identify operational gaps, and drive feedback to development teams
• Support services pre-launch through design reviews, capacity planning, and readiness checks
• Enhance and manage CI / CD pipelines with strong DevOps practices
• Monitor system health—availability, latency, performance, reliability
• Drive system scalability through automation and continuous improvements
• Collaborate with a global team across multiple time zones
• Share knowledge and assist in documentation and process improvements
• Participate in rotational on-call duties and occasional off-hours support
