Job Opportunity : L2 Support Engineer (Multiple Positions)
Location : Bangalore-Remote

We are hiring L2 Support Engineers to join our dynamic IT team. We have openings for :
Junior Engineers : 2–3 years of experience
Lead Engineer : 5+ years of experience
Key Skills & Requirements :
- Hands-on experience with TeMIP, UCA, UOC
- Experience in 24 / 7 IT system production support
- Minimum 3 years as L2 support engineer
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- 2–5 years of experience in solution support
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Proficient in shell scripting
- Good experience with HPE vTeMIP / UOC / UCA products to troubleshoot issues
- Able to perform application monitoring, create health check reports, and log issues in the ticketing system
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and L2 support teams and track ticket closure
- Willingness to ramp up on products used in the solution
Mandatory : Availability to work in 24 / 7 shifts
