Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to IT job seekers and share relevant opportunities.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Update candidate details accurately in the system.
• Follow up with interested candidates for application or registration completion.
• Maintain professionalism and consistent communication quality.
