Job Title : Legal and HR Coordinator
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional with expertise in both legal and human resources management.
This role involves providing broad legal support across multiple areas of the business, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and partnerships. The successful candidate will also provide clear advice on legal questions and support compliance efforts, including policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide expert advice on legal matters, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure effective compliance.
- Monitor and manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyright, and brand protection & registration.
- Assist with corporate governance, including board and shareholder matters, ensuring that all decisions are made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, working closely with other departments to develop solutions that meet business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and commercial legal principles.Familiarity with intellectual property (IPR) matters, including trademarks and copyright protection.Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR or equivalent).Experience drafting and reviewing company policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective solutions.Benefits :
