We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a productive and supportive work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Should have experience in Tech and Non Tech.
Employee Relations :
Foster a positive work environment and culture that aligns with company values.Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.Compliance and Record Keeping :
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.HR Strategy and Policy Development :
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Provide strategic input on organizational development and workforce planning.Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
