A leading diversified financial services company in India—offering retail lending, housing finance, and MSME credit solutions across urban & semi-urban markets.

Hiring : Zonal / Regional Sales Manager – Microfinance (Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh)

Location : Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Experience : 10+ years (Microfinance / NBFC / SFB)

What you’ll do

Lead zonal / regional microfinance sales (JLG / MSME / rural)
Drive growth via BMs / cluster managers & field teams
Build & manage BC / channel networks
Ensure portfolio quality, compliance & RBI / MFI norms
Own targets, collections & ops efficiency
Coach teams; drive a performance culture

What you’ll need

10+ years in microfinance sales; 3–5+ years in regional leadership

Strong UP rural / semi-urban market exposure

Proven scale-up with portfolio quality intact

Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder skills
