Role Description

Regional Sales Manager- Housing & MSME Loans

Mumbai.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of Area Sales Officers, generating leads, and driving business growth for the company's lending products for
Maharashtra
Key day-to-day tasks include Loan Target Achievement, market research, relationship building with potential borrowers / MSMEs / Builders / Govt Departments, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum 10-15 Years of Sales experience in Mortgage Industry
Customer, Partners & Stakeholders relationship management skills
Business Sourcing experience in the Housing and MSME Loan industry
Team management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and creating growth Plans
Ability to work on-site within Mumbai region
