Engineering Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a background in civil engineering or architecture to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for source screening and shortlisting candidates for civil engineering and architecture roles, coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, and staying updated on industry trends and talent markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment preferably for engineering architecture roles
• Excellent knowledge of civil engineering and architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
