• Drive & achieve increased quarterly sales targets, productivity & business development operations
• Ideating & training the team toenhance the brand awarenessand enhance sales engine
• Generating leads organically and inorganically.
• Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Prime home loans and through crosssellingwhile continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
• Maximize Sales through a Digital Channel (DMA) / DSA / Direct Sales / CA / Builders by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business
• Identify and maintain key builder / channel relationship
