We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

SAP FICO Functional Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and expertise in financial accounting and a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting

solutions on

SAP S / 4 HANA . The successful candidate will play a key role in system and process review projects, ensuring the smooth transition to SAP S / 4 HANA. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive review of existing SAP systems and business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Conduct system and process assessments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Develop comprehensive roadmap for implementing identified improvement opportunities including detailed timelines, milestones, dependencies.

Develop a comprehensive roadmap for transitioning to SAP S / 4 HANA ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP S / 4 HANA implementation and optimization.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.

Document and communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management.

Review system configuration and ensure it is as per defined solution and covers all business requirements for SAP FI module, including GL, AP, AR, Banking and Asset Accounting.

Provide functional expertise and guidance in the design, configuration, and testing of SAP S / 4 HANA solutions and data migration.

Stay updated with the latest SAP S / 4 HANA trends, best practices, and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP FICO functional consulting, with 2 end-to-end SAP implementations including SAP S / 4 HANA.

Expertise in SAP FI module and sub modules with strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes in SAP.

Experience in S / 4 HANA migration or transition projects is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

SAP FI certification is a plus.
