Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
Build robust test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or similar.
Integrate automated tests with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and API automation testing .
Identify, analyze, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Continuously enhance test coverage and maintain test suites for scalability.
Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices.

Required Skills :

Strong knowledge of automation testing concepts and frameworks .

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver , TestNG / JUnit , or Cucumber (BDD / TDD) .

Experience in API testing & automation (Postman, Rest Assured).

Proficiency in Java / Python / C# (depending on company tech stack).

Good understanding of CI / CD, Git, Maven / Gradle .

Knowledge of database testing using SQL queries .

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
