Guide and assist Employer in all aspects of contract contract management.Proper implementation of contract provisions including controlling the project cost of construction package.Required to offer his advice on contractual complications arising during the implementation as per the request of the employer.Required to prepare manuals / schedules for the consultants team / employer based on the provisions of the contract document.Will be responsible for giving appropriate suggestions in handling claims of teh contractors and any dispute arising therof.Skills Required
