Job descriptionAssist in brainstorming and developing colour strategies to differentiate from market trends. Contribute to the overall colour strategy & philosophy from research to rollout stages. Apply basic knowledge of colour psychology, trends, and colourant data to enhance colour palettes. Implement colour strategies in JSW Paints Colour Services and consultancy. 2- 4 years of experience in interior design, fine arts, colour science, or a related field. A master's degree or certification in colour theory is a plus. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the decorative paints or coatings industry. Experience in colour consulting preferably in Paints & Décor space. Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Strong background in developing colour tools / collaterals and understanding colour psychology. Ability to identify market trends, analyse competition, and stay updated with industry best practices. Detail-oriented with a creative approach to design execution. Proactive, flexible, team player and capable of collaborating with various stakeholders Collaborate with painters and contractors for physical properties related to colour creation. Soft-ware skills requirement : Adobe creative suite
Position : Designer
Responsible for assisting in developing and promoting Colour as a brand, identifying market trends across and increasing consumer awareness and adoption of JSW Paints Colourvista range of colours.
Responsibilities :
Brand & Design Development
- Follow design process to create new tools and collaterals for colour category & revamp the existing tools as per latest trends.
- Work closely with the category team to come up with seasonal Vogue Collection / Textures and tools.
- Updated with latest global trends & come-up with creative ideas for brand development
- Assist in design content creation for colour promotion across platforms, with a focus on lifestyle and design trends.
- Design new paint textures & effects with suitable colour combinations and application tools as per market trend
- Provide design assistance for architect and interior designer programs with relevant colour tools and kits.
