Job Brief
One of our esteemed clients is seeking a Creative Lead with a strong foundation in Visual Merchandising and in-store branding , who can shape impactful brand narratives through compelling visual strategies and seamless execution. This role requires an individual who not only leads creative thinking but also drives team productivity and design excellence across physical retail and brand experience spaces.
You will lead a multidisciplinary creative team comprising Senior Designers, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, 3D Artists, and Animators. Your core responsibility will be to guide the team from concept to completion , ensuring a strong creative vision, structured workflows, timely delivery, and rework cycles where needed, while fostering a collaborative and motivated studio environment.

Responsibilities
- Take creative leadership across all in-store branding and visual merchandising projects.
- Translate marketing briefs into well-conceptualised visual strategies that enhance brand recall and customer engagement.
- Lead ideation, design thinking, moodboarding, and conceptual development for retail displays, store windows, fixtures, and branded environments.
- Drive the end-to-end creative process from briefing and ideation to iterations, approvals, and final delivery.
- Ensure creative team productivity through clear KPIs, workload distribution, and project timelines.
- Maintain design consistency and quality across static, digital, and experiential brand touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (sales, marketing, production) to deliver practical yet innovative solutions within cost and time constraints.
- Mentor, inspire, and upskill team members creating an open, high-performance creative culture.
- Represent the team in key client presentations, internal reviews, and design pitches.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related creative disciplines.8+ years of professional experience in Visual Merchandising, In-store Branding, or Spatial Design , with 5+ years of Team Leadership experience is a must .Demonstrated success in managing diverse creative teams in a deadline-driven environment.Skills & Mindset
Strong grounding in retail and brand environments , with a knack for visual storytelling and customer-centric design.A natural leader mature, approachable, and emotionally intelligent, able to inspire and manage both creative and operational dynamics.Exceptional ability to understand briefs and translate them into clear, compelling concepts .Skilled in evaluating team performance and improving output efficiency across multiple design disciplines.Comfortable with both high-level creative strategy and hands-on design execution when needed.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Up to date with the latest trends in retail branding, design tools, materials, and technology.Application Instructions
