UI / UX Designer (0→1 Product Builder)

About the Role

We’re looking for a senior UI / UX Designer who thrives in the chaos of 0→1 . This isn’t a role for just polishing what exists — it’s about building product experiences from scratch and directly shaping how millions will consume content.

You’ll work closely with the founders in a small, fast-moving team where design is not a support function but the core driver of product success .

If you’ve got years of experience but still love rolling up your sleeves and designing at the speed of a startup, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process : user research → wireframes → prototypes → shipped features.
• Turn raw product ideas and founder inputs into clear user flows and polished UI .
• Build and scale the design system + visual identity as the product evolves from MVP to mass adoption.
• Run rapid user testing and iteration cycles to validate and refine.
• Collaborate tightly with engineering for smooth handoffs and pragmatic builds.
• Design with business impact in mind — how UX choices influence retention, monetization, and virality .
• Balance the craft of detail (typography, micro-interactions) with the speed of execution.
