Senior UI / UX Designer

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Design Leadership : Lead the end-to-end UX / UI design process, from discovery and ideation to final delivery.
• Align design strategies with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
• Mentorship & Team Guidance : Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate the quality of work across the team.
• Complex Problem Solving : Tackle large and complex design challenges, distilling simplicity from intricate user requirements.
• Define and prioritize problems to be solved, ensuring a focus on the most impactful user needs.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary design advocate, influencing and managing relationships with senior stakeholders, product managers, and engineering leads. Present design concepts with a clear, data-driven rationale.
• Design Systems & Best Practices : Drive the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency. Champion design thinking, usability principles, and accessibility standards throughout the organization.
• Hands-on Design : Continue to be hands-on with designing high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for key projects.
