Language and Communication Skills Specialist

About the Role :

We are seeking a English speaker, to join our team in India as a Language and Accent

Trainer. The role involves training employees in spoken English, with a focus on

accent, business communication, cross-cultural interaction, and

customer service etiquette. The goal is to help our workforce meet global

communication standards, especially for working with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular training sessions on English pronunciation,intonation, and fluency
• Design and deliver accent neutralization and accent enhancement modules
• Improve employee confidence in verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and email writing
• Provide coaching on cross-cultural communication, especially in relation to business practices
• Tailor training programs for different departments such as customer support, tech support, etc.
• Create and assess pre- and post-training evaluations to measure improvement and training effectiveness
• Work closely with management and team leads to identify specificcommunication challenges
• Stay updated with modern language training techniques and tools

Qualifications :

Preferred Profile :

Willing to relocate to or work in India for a fixed term

Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing professionals

Experience in corporate training or BPO / IT / Customer Support sectors is

preferred
