Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer lifecycle, ensure seamless communication, and enhance customer satisfaction for our residential projects. The role involves handling enquiries, maintaining CRM data integrity, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting documentation processes till possession.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer lead lifecycle — from enquiry to booking and post-sales follow-ups
- Update, monitor & maintain lead status in CRM software
- Attend calls, WhatsApp communication, and emails with clients professionally
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales teams for smooth execution
- Maintain and share daily, weekly & monthly CRM reports
- Coordinate documentation, KYC, demand letters, agreements & payment schedules
- Assist customers with loan processing coordination with financial institutions
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure timely escalations
- Support handover / possession processes and after-sales customer engagement
- Maintain high data accuracy, confidentiality, and customer relationship standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)Minimum 3-5 years experience as CRM Executive in Real EstateStrong communication skills — English & Hindi (spoken & written)Must be smart, disciplined, customer-centric & tech-friendlyProficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel & reportingAbility to multitask and work under deadlinesPositive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
