Role Summary :

You will be responsible for driving conversations with clients, prioritising tasks for teams, identifying improvement areas in ongoing solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

• Lead client communication, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverables
• Drive project discovery, scoping, and execution for data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation projects
• Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams
