Job descriptionExpertise in PD / LGD / EAD frameworks , stress testing, and model validation. Strong knowledge of credit risk losses, expected / unexpected / stress loss concepts . Proven experience managing risk transformation or regulatory projects . Excellent stakeholder and project management Experience in banking, financial services, or consulting environments. Familiarity with Basel and regulatory capital MBA or equivalent Masters degree. PMP or PRINCE2 Project Management certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in credit risk or financial risk management projects.
Project Manager Internal Rating Models / Credit Risk (IRB)

Join our Strategy, Risk & Transaction team as a Project Manager Credit Risk & Internal Rating Models (IRB) and play a key role in driving regulatory risk initiatives, credit model governance, and end-to-end delivery of complex financial risk projects.
What Youll Do :
- Lead projects focused on credit risk management, internal rating models, and regulatory compliance .
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business, risk, and technology teams.
- Work closely with global heads, product owners, and analysts to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Drive implementation of IRB PD, LGD, EAD, and maturity models .
- Oversee governance, prioritization, and portfolio delivery.
- Ensure projects meet high standards of documentation, control, and compliance.
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights under tight timelines.
Key Deep understanding of credit lifecycle management and credit risk modeling .
