Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Ensure timely filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Registrar of Companies (ROC), and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act, 2013.
- Support in preparation and submission of annual returns, financial statements, and other secretarial documents.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders including auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor compliance with SEBI, Stock Exchange, and other applicable laws (if the unit is listed).
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations and ensure timely implementation.
- Support in handling corporate restructuring, mergers, or other strategic initiatives as required.
Qualification & Experience :
Education : Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Additional degrees such as LLB or B.Com will be an advantage.Experience : 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience. Freshers who have completed their training / internship and are well-versed with compliance and secretarial practices.
