BDM (Business Development Manager) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales plans. Key responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients through networking, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Analyse local market trends, develop strategic sales plans, and create customized business proposals and presentations to meet client needs.
Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close strategic deals to drive revenue growth.
Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align outreach strategies and achieve company goals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress in a CRM system and provide regular status reports.
