Responsibilities : - Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing excellent customer service - Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order - Handle any inquiries or issues from passengers in a professional and timely manner - Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Collaborate with other airport staff, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, to ensure smooth operations - Handle and resolve any flight delays or cancellations - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times - Assist with any other duties as assigned by airport management Requirements : - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test - Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken - Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus - Must be a team player with a positive attitude If you are passionate about the aviation industry and have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
