Role Overview

As the Supply Chain Head, you will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations, with a strong focus on sourcing (70%) and procurement strategy (30%). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless material flow, cost efficiencies, and timely availability of components to support production demands. In addition, you will mentor and guide the Procurement Head to implement best practices and drive operational excellence.

Key (70%)

• Develop and implement robust sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective and quality-driven procurement of components from India and China.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to mitigate risks and diversify the supply base.
• Negotiate competitive pricing, lead times, and payment terms with vendors to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Monitor market trends, raw material pricing, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive cross-border sourcing activities, including logistics coordination, import regulations, and supplier engagement in China.
• Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to source components that align with product specifications and innovation goals.
