We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to spearhead our educational hardware business. This role demands a leader who can shape the go-to-market strategy, build and lead high-performing teams, and successfully launch our innovative educational product in the Indian market. You will play a pivotal role in driving market penetration, revenue growth, and long-term brand positioning.
1. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Design and execute the GTM roadmap for our educational hardware product(s)
- Define target segments (schools, government bodies, coaching centres, B2C, etc.)
- Craft pricing, positioning, channel, and promotion strategies
- Build AOP and plan levers for achievement
2. Product Launch
Lead end-to-end product launch strategy, including timelines, pilot programs, and regional rolloutsBuild early traction through targeted partnerships and early adopters3. Team Building
Recruit, train, and lead a cross-functional team including sales, channel managers, and marketingSet clear KPIs, build incentive plans, and foster a high-performance cultureEnable team members with tools, processes, and knowledge to succeed in the field4. Sales & Business Development
Drive direct and channel sales for schools, distributors, and institutional buyersDevelop and manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and close strategic dealsEstablish partnerships with schools, NGOs, and government organizationsTrack and report on performance, customer feedback, and market trendsKey Requirements :
4+ years in sales, business development, or GTM roles in education, hardware, or FMCG sectorsProven experience in launching tech / hardware products in the Indian marketStrong network across schools, education boards, and institutional buyersEntrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in fast-paced environmentsExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
