CAM Engineer (Job level P1)

Location : Koregaon, Pune

We are looking for Computer aided Manufacturing Engineer to contribute positive change and lead towards machining excellence. Responsibilities :

• To generate CAM Program considering all Safety norms.
• You should be able to generate Cam prog for VMC & Turn mill centre.
• Trouble shouting cause analysis & support to seamless production in routine shift.
• Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications.
• Optimize tool paths for efficiency, surface finish, and tool life.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
• Simulate and verify tool paths to prevent collisions and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain documentation for all programs and revisions.
• Contribute to process improvements.
