D365 Supply Chain Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

Provide functional support for D365 FO modules covering Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, and asset management.

Address incidents and functional issues in supply chain domains, performing triage and system resolution.

Participate in configuration and validation of asset management (maintenance scheduling, work orders, asset tracking).

Collaborate with finance and technical teams to resolve integration issues (PO automation, ACH / banking interfaces).

Document solutions, system changes, and contribute to support runbooks and playbooks.

Optimize and streamline supply chain workflows in D365 FO for improved business impact.

Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and process walk-throughs for new team members.

Support quarterly upgrade testing and post-upgrade process validation.

Qualifications & Skills :

6 -8 years’ experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules; D365 certification a plus.

Familiarity with inventory flow, procurement, asset management, and ERP incident management.

Ability to synthesize complex issues and recommend effective process improvements.

Experience in documentation and operational reporting.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
