Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Management Trainees - Sales & Marketing based in Kochi. The candidate will be involved in day-to-day sales activities, customer service, and training programs. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves working closely with senior management to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and support team development
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
