Mobavenue - Investor Relations Role

Job Description

• Assist in development of a robust investor relations strategy, management and reporting framework
• Instill investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value through transparent and proactive communication, timely and effective reporting, ensuring compliance to Investor Agreement
• Support strategy development for on-boarding new investors by identifying and pitching different opportunities to potential investors Existing Investors
• Manage reporting requirements as per Investor Agreements
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors, addressing their queries and concerns effectively
• Update cash flows and valuations annually based on budget and business plan changes
• Manage and strengthen relations with existing investors by ensuring timely updates, encouraging two-way transparent communication to effectively address and respond to Investor concerns & requirements
• Manage and improve mechanisms, processes and controls for ensuring compliance with Investor agreements (incl. increasing awareness of investor requirements within internal teams)
• Facilitate regular performance reviews meetings between the investor / PE partner and various internal / functional teams to enhance investor confidence and build a long-term relationship with the investor / PE partner New Investors
• Lead the entire onboarding process in conjunction with the internal teams and third-party administrators
• Prepare high quality investor reports which would also comprise of cash flow & valuation summaries and scenario analysis
• Prepare information memorandums, Q&As, board notes, presentations, etc.
• Conduct and support investor due diligence and support the fundraising processes.
