Qualifications :

• Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance).
• 8-10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Capital Markets.
• Prior experience in a listed company is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, stock exchange requirements, and capital markets.
