We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Talent Development to design, lead, and institutionalize learning and leadership development strategies. This role will build critical capabilities, enable leaders and managers, and support a high-performance culture across a diverse global workforce.
This is a full-time onsite role based in Gurugram .
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned to business priorities.
Lead end-to-end design and delivery of L&D programs including needs analysis, instructional design, vendor management, facilitation, and impact measurement.
Partner with global and local HRBPs to understand talent needs and enable capability building.
Leadership Development & Manager Enablement
Create and scale leadership programs across career stages—emerging to senior leaders.
Manage global and local Learning Partners; own content curation and learning pathways.
Design structured learning journeys for people managers to strengthen leadership and cultural capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation
Adapt global enterprise learning programs to the India context.
Facilitate workshops including new-hire onboarding, leadership development, and manager capability sessions.
Build trusted advisory relationships with business and functional leaders.
Measurement, Insights & Governance
Define KPIs for all learning interventions and communicate program impact and ROI.
Use data and insights to evolve learning strategy and strengthen accountability.
Ensure governance, compliance, and rigorous vendor evaluation.
Qualifications & Experience
12+ years total HR experience, with 5–7 years in Learning, Leadership Development, or Instructional Design.
Strong experience designing enterprise-wide learning strategies in fast-paced, matrixed, multicultural environments.
Familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms; Workday Learning experience highly preferred .
Background in professional services, financial services, or GCCs is advantageous.
MBA / Master’s in HR, Organizational Development, Education Tech, or related field preferred.
